1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 110,546,48, and KRW 107,546,488 to Plaintiff A, and KRW 1,00,000 to Plaintiff C, and each of the above.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Defendant G is an employee of the entertainment tavern under the trade name, “I” on the first floor of the building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant entertainment tavern”); Defendant D and E are employees of the said entertainment tavern; Defendant F is “K” on the first floor below the building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.
B. From around 19:00 on March 22, 2017, the deceased L (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) drinks three or more illnesss of the company partner M, etc. and per head of the company partner, etc. from around 3 Eul-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, to the head of the trade name of “O” located N in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, while drinking M and beer.
C. On March 23, 2017, the Deceased, on his own initiative around 01:30 on March 23, 2017, went into the instant entertainment tavern and 4 diseases in both weeks from around 04:00 of the same day, and, under the influence of alcohol, went into the state of being in which he was unable to be aware of fortunately for the sake of sleeping, regardless of his will.
At around 06:20 on March 23, 2017, Defendant D and E sent the Deceased, who was in a state of being drunk and drinking, to leave and leave from the runway of the instant entertainment drinking house, and contacted Defendant F, an employee of the neighboring entertainment drinking club, with a phone.
E.
