1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the spouse of the deceased K (hereinafter “the deceased”), and the Plaintiff B and C are the children of the Plaintiff and the Deceased.

Defendant D is an intention to operate “M non-humanistice” in U.S. L, Ulsan-gun L, and Defendant E is a fire-fighting officer belonging to the U.S. Fire-Fighting Division.

The defendant medical corporation F (hereinafter referred to as the "F") is a medical corporation that operates the N Hospital, O hospital, and P convalescent, and the defendant G is a doctor belonging to the O Hospital.

Defendant medical corporation H (hereinafter “H”) is a medical corporation that operates a R Hospital located in Ulsan-gu Q. Defendant I is a doctor belonging to the emergency department of R Hospital, and Defendant J is a doctor belonging to the R Hospital.

B. Around 16:30 on June 25, 2013, Defendant D’s medical examination and treatment and prescribed that Defendant D visited members of MV, which Defendant D operated by Defendant D, with the diagnosis of “satisfying hepatitis, satisfying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying-fying

On June 25, 2013, Defendant E’s after-the-counter hospital used a medication prescribed by Defendant D, and then requested the 119 Safety Center to provide rescue services by telephone, around 17:35, on June 25, 2013. Defendant E arrived at the Deceased’s house on June 17:42, 2013, and then sent the deceased, who lost food and clothing at around 17:52, was removed from the first-aid hospital and sent to the O hospital.

Defendant E suspended the heart of the Deceased at around 17:57, a 1 minute prior to the arrival of the hospital, and carried out cardiopulmonary resuscitations. At around 17:58, Defendant E arrived at the emergency room of the hospital and handed over the Deceased to the nurse S.

On June 25, 2013, Defendant G treated the Deceased from around 18:01 on the medical examination and treatment of Defendant G and the R Hospital, and the body was inserted due to lack of consciousness and pulmon at the time of arrival of the emergency room.
