A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Changwon District Court¡¯s branch on July 20, 201, and completed the execution of the said sentence on December 11, 201.

1. At around 14:45 on April 17, 2013, Defendant A found that the victim was able to take her bath in the orchard of the victim D (the age of 50) located in Sacheon-si, and used the victim’s face one time by drinking her hand, “I see why you want to take her bath by telephone, I am you see.”

1. On July 6, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E’s “Ggas filling station” at the victim E’s “Ggas filling station in Jinju-si, 14:00, that “The Defendant would make payment every 15 days on the face of charging.”

However, even if LPG gas is charged, there was no intention or ability to pay the price.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was charged with gas equivalent to KRW 51,268 on H vehicles from the victim, from that time to August 5, 2012, and was charged with gas of KRW 919,157 via 22 times in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached Form, from August 5, 2012.

2. On September 7, 2012, the Defendant was charged with gas of KRW 446,243 over nine times in total in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached Form No. 1, from around October 5, 2012, by deceiving the victim in the same manner as the above paragraph (1) by deceiving the victim in the victim I’s “Kgas charging station in Gohap-gun, Gohap-gun.”

3. Fraud against victims L;

A. On November 19, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement that “on the part of the Defendant’s farm, the Defendant would immediately pay the amount of oil to the Nririer who is working on the farm and supplied the oil to the Nrier who is working on the farm.”

However, the defendant is against the victim.
