Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery and bodily injury at the Suwon District Court’s Eunpyeong Housing Site Board, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 7, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 19:08 on September 3, 2010, the Defendant: (a) driven a car to be driven by C observer; (b) went to the inner point of the Victim E Co., Ltd. located in E Co., Ltd. in E Co., Ltd.; and (c) told F, an employee of the victim, to pay the gas price by stating, “A request for filling LPG gas from internal vehicles”.

However, at the time, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the gas price even if filling the LPG gas.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving F as above, did not pay the amount of LPG gas equivalent to the amount of KRW 44,442, which was owned by the victim by F, and thereby acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount as the Defendant did not pay the amount.

2. At around 02:00 on August 16, 2010, the Defendant: (a) driven a car owned by the victim H in the front parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si G apartment 309, with a vehicle of approximately KRW 11,00,000,000, which was parked by the victim H, with a vehicle of approximately KRW 11,000,000,000, as a key possessed by the unast male, and stolen the said vehicle owned by the victim by walking the vehicle as a key.

3. On August 16, 2010, at around 02:00 on August 16, 2010, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said car on the front of Pyeongtaek-si apartment complex, and continued to drive the said car on September 2, 2012 on the front of the LPG charging station located in Ansan-si, E Co., Ltd. (D) around 19:00.
