Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2010, the Defendant, at around 19:08, 2010, driven a car to be operated by C observer and got off the victim E-company located in E-company at Ansan, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount due to the failure to pay the amount of LPG gas to F, an employee of the victim, although he did not have any intent or ability to pay the amount of LPG gas, while making the F, “the request for filling the amount of gas from internal vehicles” as if he would have to pay the amount of gas, thereby deceiving F, and deceiving F, that is, by filling the amount of LPG gas of 44,442 won owned by the victim from F, namely, by failing to pay it.
