Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a candidate for the election of the president of the CFF cooperative in the first election of the president of the CF cooperative on March 11, 2015.

1. The purpose of the Defendant is to appeal for support so that an elector can be elected in an election for the head of an association, in spite of the fact that no one can visit the elector by door for an election campaign;

I. On March 6, 2015, around 19:00, the Plaintiff visited “U cafeteria” operated by the members T in S, and called “I cafeteria. I am to support. I am. I am. I am. I am.”

2. Candidates related to the method of distributing name cards shall be open to the public where many people pass or gather during the election campaign period.
