Defendant
A is a member of the H Livestock Industry Cooperatives in G (hereinafter referred to as the “H Livestock Industry Cooperatives”), and Defendant B is a candidate for the election of the head of the H Livestock Industry Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as the “H Livestock Industry Cooperatives”) conducted on March 11, 2015.

1. Defendant A was granted KRW 500,000 in cash to the effect that Defendant A, from January 19, 2015 to January 26, 2015, the Defendant’s child located in I, was able to help the Defendant to engage in an election campaign from the restaurant run by the J of the Defendant’s children, and from B, who would have been the head of the HFF association at the time, at the time.
As a result, Defendant A was provided money for election campaign as an elector for the election campaign conducted on March 11, 2015.

3. 피고인 B은 2015. 1. 중순경 P에 있는 H축협 조합원 Q의 축사에서 Q에게 “형님, 도와 주소, R 지역에서 도와 주세요”라고 말하면서 불상의 현금이 들어 있는 돈봉투를 건넸으나 Q가 돈봉투를 뿌리치면서 수령 거절하여 돈봉투를 교부하지 못하였다.

Accordingly, Defendant B provided money to the elector for the purpose of election campaign.

Defendant B, on January 11, 2015, referred to the purport that Defendant B visited the House of H stable S members of P to the effect that “I will easily request S to participate as a candidate for the president of the Cooperative”, as well as that “I will well request S to participate as a candidate for the president of the Cooperative.”
