Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2019, during the second election of the head of the Dong-si Cooperative on March 13, 2019, the defendant went out to the election of the head of the cooperative in the Si/Gu-U.S., and D is an election of the defendant.

Except as permitted by Acts, no one shall conduct an election campaign at the time other than the election campaign period (from February 28, 2019 to March 12, 2019), and no one shall visit each elector on a door for an election campaign.

1. At around 18:12 on February 24, 2019, the Defendant and D visited C members G’s house, the elector of the above election, which is the elector of the above election in Gumisisisisisi F, with the purpose of the election campaign, for the purpose of the election campaign, not for the election campaign period, and the Defendant and D told the above G to indicate their name, and “C Association directors, A.I.D. will be extremely high,” and D referred to as “each upon request.”

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with D to carry out an election campaign at the same time when it is not an election campaign period, and simultaneously visited each elector for an election campaign.

2. At around 13:00 on February 27, 2019, the Defendant and D visited the Deputy Secretary-General of the I.S. in the Gu and Si/Gu, who is the elector of the above election, and visited C members J and K, who are the electors of the above election, for the purpose of the election campaign, for the purpose of the election campaign, not for the election campaign period, and at around 13:0, the Defendant and D called “I.S.,” and D referred to as “I.S., upon request.”

Accordingly, the defendant and D made an election campaign in collusion when it is not an election campaign period.

3. On February 15, 2019, the Defendant and D visited the N association office of the management of C members, which is the elector of the above election in Gyeongbuk-gun L, the elector of the above election, driving D, for the election campaign at around 15:00 on February 27, 2019, rather than for the election campaign period, and met with the above M, thereby making the name of the Defendant’s name.

Both salaries are union members, and each other.
