Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From July 1, 2013 to February 24, 2015, the Defendant was in office as a director of the NAC located in Busan District Office C, and was dispatched to the election of the head of the association (the deadline for candidate registration shall be February 25, 2015) of the above agricultural cooperative that was implemented on March 11, 2015.

An election campaign may be conducted only from the day following the deadline for the registration of candidates to the day preceding the election day, and no election campaign shall be conducted when it is not an election campaign period.

1. Preliminary election campaigns by visiting community centers, etc.;

A. At around 16:00 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) visited the FF senior citizens’ clubs located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, by dividing the name of the Defendant into G, a member of the said agricultural cooperative; and (b) carried out an election campaign at a time other than the election campaign period, such as by dividing the name of the Defendant into part of G, a member of the said CF senior citizens’ clubs located therein

B. On January 15, 2015, at around 15:00, the Defendant visited various persons, such as J, etc., who are the residents of the above father-gu, Busan, the head of the Gu, and carried out an election campaign at a time other than the election campaign period, such as by dividing the Defendant’s name into two parts.

C. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant visited the L Center in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and carried out an election campaign at a time other than the election campaign period, such as taking part in the name of the Defendant to several members, such as the said agricultural cooperative members, M, etc., who were members of the said agricultural cooperative, and taking part in the name of the Defendant.

On January 1, 2015, the Defendant visited the OF center located in N in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and carried out an election campaign at a time other than an election campaign period, such as “AF candidate for the president of the cooperative, I will be able to make sure that agricultural cooperatives will be resolved, and the agricultural cooperatives will be resolved,” by dividing the name of the Defendant into several persons, including the above agricultural cooperative members P, etc., who were located there.”
