A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who is not a handler of narcotics, purchased liquid marijuana through the deep web sales site, etc. by the Defendant, on the face of the purchase price of liquid marijuana to B, and conspired to do so to the Defendant.
1. On October 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana: (a) on the street in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for purchasing five marijuana; (b) on the street, the Defendant purchased five marijuana from B; (c) on the street in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (d) on the following day, the Defendant purchased five marijuana in the amount from B on the street in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) on the street in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
2. On October 17, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in such a way as to inhale any liquid marijuana purchased, such as paragraph (1), at an insular place in Gangnam-gu Seoul, by combining it with an electronic tobacco appliance.
3. The Defendant, at around 18:00 on January 6, 2020, asked B to purchase 10 marijuana in cash. At around 18:39 on January 6, 2020, the Defendant agreed to purchase 20 marijuana from the deep web sales site C to purchase 1,406,200 won (0.16555.15 bitcos) at the bitco, designated by the said seller, and at around 22:50 on the same day, the Defendant tried to find out 20 out the amount of marijuana back to the police officer of Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, where the seller was known that he was hiding the marijuana, but at around 18:39 on January 6, 2020, the Defendant attempted to find out 1,406,200 won (0.169555 bitcos) at the bitco, a bitco designated by the said seller.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to purchase marijuana, but did not bring about an attempted attempt.
4. At around 12:40 on February 20, 2020, the Defendant, holding marijuana, shall keep one knife store containing the Defendant’s clothes in the Defendant’s residence of the F2nd floor in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, by inserting him into the knife knife, and approximately 0.01g of marijuana in the knife of the clothes.
