A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant treated marijuana as follows, even though he is not a narcotics handler.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On December 31, 2019, the Defendant sent approximately KRW 3.60,00 through KRW 4.80,000 to the seller of marijuana who was known at “B”, a sale site of narcotics, etc., at the price, and then, sent approximately KRW 3.60,00 through KRW 4.80,000 to the seller of marijuana, and around December 31, 2019, at around 22:17, the Defendant found approximately 3-4 of the amount of marijuana cart (POD) concealed by the seller of marijuana, following the air-conditioner outside the air-conditioner room located near Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

E Trading was conducted.

B. Around April 3, 2020, the Defendant sent approximately KRW 1,000,000 to 'E', which was known from 'B' as above, to 'E', and then sought approximately 1,000,000 won from 'E'. Around April 3, 2020, around 21:40, the Defendant sought approximately 10,000 g of marijuana, concealed by the hemp seller under the air condition outside the air conditioner near Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 3, 2020.

E Trading was conducted.

around May 2020, the Defendant sent approximately KRW 1 million to a sales agent of marijuana, which was known from “B” as above, with the payment, to approximately 23:00,000 won. On May 23:0, 2020, the Defendant sought approximately 10g of marijuana, which was concealed by a sales agent of marijuana, after the air-conditioning room outside the house located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

E Trading was conducted.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On December 31, 2019 to January 1, 2020, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting one set of cathoe, purchased as described in paragraph 1(a), into the JUL Electronic Organization, in a way that: (a) the Defendant was placed in the GUL Electronic Organization; and (b) the smoke thereof.

B. On April 4, 2020, the Defendant removed the tobacco smoke from the place described in paragraph (a) at around 00:00, and then smokeed by inserting approximately 1g of the marijuana purchased as described in paragraph (b) at around 00:0 and attaching a fire to it.

The Defendant removed the tobacco smoke from the place described in paragraph (a) at the beginning of May 2020 at around 01:0, and then purchased as described in paragraph (c) at the same time.
