A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On December 13, 2019, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from B, and remitted the amount of KRW 1.80,000 to the Kakao Bank account (C) in the name of B. On the same day, the Defendant traded marijuana by taking one liquid marijuana from B in the vicinity of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

B. Around December 27, 2019, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from B, and transferred the price of KRW 1.80,000 to the account of the said car bank account in the name of B, and then, around the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana by taking one liquid marijuana from B in the vicinity of the office of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as a school Dong around the same day.

C. On January 3, 2020, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from B on January 3, 2020, and remitted 1.60,000 won from B’s account to the Kakao Bank account, and around that time, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana by taking one liquid marijuana from B in the vicinity of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

On 16:42 on 06. 16. 06. 16. B, the Defendant purchased a liquid marijuana from B, and transferred 1.80,000 won to the account of B, and then, around 22:50 on 22:50 on the same day, the Defendant did not take 20 marijuana in terms of the amount purchased from B’s sales of marijuana on his name, and did not take place with B’s arrest of the wind, among others.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On December 26, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a vehicle parked in the F apartment underground parking lot of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, by inserting liquid marijuana into the Electronic Tobacco Organization and making the postponement possible.

B. On January 1, 2020, the Defendant was parked in the F apartment underground parking lot in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the new wall around January 1, 2020.
