A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. On March 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) sent a notice to the effect that he/she will purchase marijuana by accessing the Dac Web (C; hereinafter “B”); and (b) made contact with the seller (AD); (c) then, he/she sent an electronic currency equivalent to approximately KRW 400,000 to the address on the wall of the irregular virtual currency used by the seller; (d) around March 22:40, 2020, he/she purchased marijuana by using three carbages containing three equivalent marijuana, which the said seller conceals concealed in the building in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On March 12, 2020, at around 01:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by combining it with an electronic tobacco (JUL) with a liquid cart storage purchased as described in paragraph (1), at the Defendant’s residence, at around 01:0, 00, in a way that smokes by smoking tobacco, such as smoking.

B. On May 17, 2020, from around 23:00 to 01:00 on the following day, the Defendant smoked marijuana by combining it with an electronic cigarette (JUL) with the amount purchased, as described in paragraph (1), in the F building in Gangwon-gun, the Defendant’s residential area, and the Defendant’s residential area in subparagraph (G), and by inserting tobacco by entering in the form of a smoke, such as smoking.
