1. Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired financial benefits equivalent to the above taxi charges.
The Defendant, around 12:44 June 12, 2018, 2018, called “M-ro Ga” after boarding a victim K driver in the vicinity of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Station, and after boarding a victim K driver, at the time when the Defendant was at the time.
