The Defendant stated in the “Plaintiff” column for the cited amount sheet for each Plaintiff in attached Form 2 in each Plaintiff respectively.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs were paid benefits in accordance with the remuneration regulations set by the Defendant while working for the Defendant, and the Defendant’s remuneration regulations, which came into effect from January 1, 2014 to December 21, 2016, are as follows.

Article 4 (Definitions of Terms)

2. The term “basic pay” means the sum of a job-grade and continuous service pay;

4. The term "period of continuous service" means a basic salary paid by salary class according to the period of service;

6. The term “ordinary wage” means the sum of the basic wage and bonus, long-term continuous service allowance, and physical training expenses;

Article 13 (Kinds of Allowances) (1) Before the amendment of August 19, 2015, the kinds of allowances to be paid to executives and employees are as listed in attached Table 4.

(2) The bonus of executives and employees shall be paid 400% per annum of the basic salary, and shall be paid in four installments each year ( March, June, September, and December).

(3) Bonuses shall be paid from the first day of each quarter to executives and employees who have worked for the end of the quarter (hereinafter referred to as "period subject to payment").

Provided, That for a person falling under any of the following subparagraphs, the amount equivalent to the period of actual service shall be calculated and paid in accordance with the following formula:

Basic pay ¡¿ Service period (number of days) / Period subject to payment (number of days)

1. Persons newly appointed or reinstated, who have worked for a period subject to payment of not less than 15 days;

2. Persons who have worked for 15 days or more during the period subject to payment and are suspended from office;

3. Persons who have worked for at least 30 days during the period subject to payment.

4. Article 13 (Kinds of Allowances) 1 amended on August 19, 2015 (Kinds of Allowances) (1) The types of allowances to be paid to executives and employees shall be as specified in attached Table 4;

(2) The bonus of executives and employees shall be 400% per annum of the basic salary and shall be paid monthly in 12 months.

(3) In paying bonuses, a person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be paid a bonus calculated on a daily basis:

1. Persons newly appointed or reinstated;

2. A person suspended or suspended from office;

3. Types of allowances for retired persons (attached Table 4);

5. Technical allowances, professional engineers, doctoral degrees (months), 100,000 articles;
