Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 7, 2014, around 16:19, the Defendant: (a) at the cash payment season No. 503 U.S., Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, the Defendant: (b) opened a passbook with the victim B; (c) opened the passbook on that page; and (d) stolen one copy of the C-owned Bank C’s physical card with the 20,000 won between the two pages; and (c) cut off one copy of the C-owned Bank’s credit card.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

(a) No person shall sell or use the lost or stolen credit cards or debit cards;

Nevertheless, at around August 7, 2014, the Defendant illegally used the e-mail card that was stolen by purchasing 1,600 won of coffee with the e-mail card owned by the Korean bank, as set forth in paragraph (1), from the E-mail store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

B. On August 7, 2014, at around 16:41, the Defendant illegally used a stolen credit card by purchasing one half of the gold amount with the credit card of 219,000 won from the bank in the name of Korea, which was stolen, as set forth in paragraph (1), from the first floor G of the building in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

3. Fraud;

In the same date and at the same place as Paragraph 1, B, as in the same paragraph, presented that the defendant had completed the check as a legitimate licensee, and settled it as the victim's name, who operates the above E-mail, and acquired a coffee beverage equivalent to KRW 1,600 from the victim's name.

B. The defendant is the defendant 2.B.

The credit card of the stolen C, like paragraph 1, was presented as if the defendant was a legitimate licensee at the same date and time as in paragraph 1, and the settlement was made, and one half of 219,000 won was acquired from the victim H.

4. Attempted fraud.

A. The defendant 2.B.

In the same time and place as paragraph 1, B, which stolen B, proposed as if the defendant was a legitimate licensee and settled as if the defendant was a legitimate licensee, and attempted to acquire the gold bar from the victim H.
