A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"200 Highest 6967"
1. On July 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) entered the latter part of the “D” operated by the victim C in Heung-gu, Young-gu; and (b) stolen, with one copy of the EFC card owned by the victim, who was under custody in the said EFC; and (c) committed theft with one copy of the EFC card kept in the said EFC.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;
A. On July 22, 2020, the Defendant 23:42, on board a taxi, and paid a fee to the victim’s nameless taxi engineer, and presented the stolen E-bank Card as stated in paragraph 1 as if he had been a legitimate owner, and acquired the stolen C-C-C-C-C-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-
B. On July 23, 2020, the Defendant paid alcoholic beverages to the “G” entertainment station located in Youngsi District F on July 23, 2020, and presented 660,000 won to the victim H who is the owner of the business as if he had completed the stolen E-bank card as stated in paragraph 1, and fraudulently stolen and stolen it, and wrongfully used the above e-mail card.

On July 23, 2020, the Defendant paid the price for the goods to the victim’s name who is the owner of the business, and presented the stolen E Bank Card as stated in paragraph (1) as if he had a legitimate possession, and acquired the stolen C Bank Card by deceiving KRW 4,000, and illegally used the stolen C Card.

On July 23, 2020, the Defendant 202:55 on a taxi, and paid a fee to a taxi engineer with the victim’s name, and presented the stolen E-bank C’s e-mail card as if he was a legitimate holder, and acquired the stolen e-mail card by cashing KRW 7,100, and fraudulently using the stolen e-mail card.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired a total amount of KRW 691,600 through four times, and illegally used a stolen physical card.
The defendant of "2020 Highest 7057" is the defendant of 2020.
