Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered a mobile phone set up on the head side of the victim D while making soup at Cryuna City B around 05:00 on October 13, 2013; (b) discovered a mobile phone set up on the head side of the victim; and (c) destroyed the gap of surveillance over the surrounding areas; and (d) with one set of No. Nonghyup C (E) and one set of elphone (F) and one set of elphone at approximately KRW 800,000 in the market price, which were owned by the victim.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On October 13, 2013, the Defendant purchased 4 cigarettes equivalent to KRW 2,500 at the G convenience store located in Y at 05:45,00,000 at the G convenience store in Ha, the Defendant: (a) as if he were the legitimate licensee of the Nong AF card; (b) by deceiving employees of the above convenience store, issued the above 4 cigarette sales slip by deceiving them; and (c) obtained the 4 cigarette and acquired it, and used the stolen credit card.
B. On October 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 8,100,00 in the market price at the IE at the IEm store located in the J of Macheon-si around 05:49 on October 13, 2013; (b) as if he were the legitimate licensee of the Nong Dom Card; and (c) by deceiving the employees of the above convenience store, issued a sales slip with the said 3 Amcom and acquired it, and used the stolen credit card.
C. On October 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased one bus passes from a bus bus terminal located in Y at 05:35,000 p.m. on October 13, 2013 to Dong Seoul, and (b) drafted sales slips by deceiving the above terminal salesperson, and then, (c) issued one bus passes and presented them to the bus driver, thereby obtaining economic benefits equivalent to the same amount, and (d) using stolen credit cards by avoiding the payment of the fare of 21,300 won.
