Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest9846" (Defendant A, B)
1. A special larceny Defendants: (a) around 01:00 on December 15, 2014, at the cream (PC) page “E” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D; (b) on the part of the victim F, a customer, was locked, and (c) on the part of the victim F, who was a customer, was locked, Defendant A was able to look at the victim F, who was placed on the client of the computer, and was fright to female-friendly job offers, and Defendant B, who was able to look at the wall of the said victim, was also followed by Defendant A.
As a result, the Defendants, together, stolen one half wall containing about 90,000 won in cash owned by the said victim, one credit card of our bank, one check card of our bank, one check of community credit cooperatives, one check of community credit cooperatives, etc.
2. Fraud;
A. On December 15, 2014, at around 02:18, the Defendants conspired to board the taxi in the vicinity of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government History, and demanded the taxi fare, and presented the cream card to the above victim as if he was his cream card, and obtained a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the said amount by paying 9,000 won of the taxi fee.
B. On December 15, 2014, at around 02:33, the Defendants conspired to purchase tobacco at the mutual infinite convenience store near the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sail Station, and offered a stolen credit card as stated in paragraph (1) to the employees of the victim’s name-free convenience store by deceiving the credit card company as if it were one’s own credit card, and acquired the same by fraud.
C. On December 15, 2014, at around 02:38, the Defendants conspired to suggest to the victim I a stolen bank’s credit card as referred to in paragraph (1), as if they were one’s own credit card, and paid 121,000 won for the telecom, and then acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount.
