Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 7, 2017, the Defendants: (a) committed an act as if the Defendants were to pay the amount without the intent or ability to pay the amount properly; (b) committed an act as if the Defendants were to pay the amount to the victims in the Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, Seo-gu; and (c) ordered an order to pay the amount equivalent to KRW 24,500 with alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages to the victims, and did not pay the amount.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to receive alcoholic beverages and food from the injured party, and thereby acquired property benefits by fraud.
2.
