A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 10, 2016, around 21:00 to 22:00, the Defendant decided to purchase 2 grams of marijuana from the name infinite sales, known through the “C” of the deep web site of the Internet, and transferred 2:40,000 won to the bitcos account directed by the above sales, and received 2 grams of marijuana, which are placed on the windows of the building of a simple printing office, where it is difficult to identify the trade name near the E station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased 2 grams of marijuana.

2. On August 20, 2016, around 00:29, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 4 grams of marijuana from the name infinite sales (AF) known through the Internet deep web site “C” (AF). On the same day, the Defendant transferred 5.20,000 won to the bitcoin account directed by the said sale, and then received approximately 4g of marijuana, which was attached to the back of the signboard of the name of the road near the hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, for which it is difficult to identify the trade name near the E Station at a time on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased four grams of marijuana.

3. On August 20, 2016, around 22:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the ice rink, a H park, the G apartment unit in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by inserting approximately 0.2g of the marijuana purchased, as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, in a way of smoking with a cigarette in a way of smoking with a cigarette in a way of smoking with a cigarette in a way of smoking.

4. Around 01:00 on February 17, 2017, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 3.5 grams of marijuana from the name infinite sales (AJ) known through “I” on the deep web site of the Internet, and transferred the said sale to a non-tcoin account with the order of the said sale, and received approximately 3.5 grams of marijuana, which is contained in a cigarette in the pipe of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Western-dong, Seoul at a time on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 3.5 grams of marijuana.

5. On February 20, 2017, the Defendant came to know through the “I” of the deep web site around 13:0 to 15:00.
