A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 27, 2015, around 06:00 on December 27, 2015, the Defendant, at the Internet deep web “D” website around 06:00, to purchase approximately one gram of marijuana from its name-free narcotics supply books, and to the bitco address (F) where the said supply books are used in the Exchange Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff received approximately 1 gram of 90,000 won from the bitco.

2. On December 3, 2016, the Defendant, around 03:15, 2016, purchased approximately one gramopon from H, which is a drug supply book, on the Internet deep web site on December 3, 2016, and transferred a bitcoon equivalent to KRW 600,000 to a bitcoon address (I) using the above supply book to the bitcoon address (i) where the said bitopon is used, around 06:00 on the same day, and collected approximately 1 gramopon from the 06:00,000, Seoul, where the bitopon was concealed, and then the Defendant’s dwelling at around 10:40,00,000, up to 8:40,000 on the same day.

3. On January 10, 2017, the Defendant, at around 22:52 on January 10, 2017, purchased approximately one gram of philopon from his name-free narcotics supply books on the Internet deep web site at around 22:52 on January 10, 2017, and transferred 700,000 won to non-coin address (L) where the said supply books are used at the non-coin exchange E, which is the non-cocoin exchange, to a non-coin address (L) with which the said supply books are used. On January 11, 2017, 201: (a) around 01:00, the Defendant was installed at the entrance of a bar adjacent to a N-cafeteria in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and found approximately one gram of the philopon at the bottom of the Defendant’s residence at around 30:0 amhopon, and then up the Defendant’s residence.
