Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 26, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of attempted special larceny, etc. in the Jeonju District Court’s Military mountain support, and completed the execution of the said punishment on July 5, 2018.

1. On October 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 3:54, 201, at night; (b) around 3:54, 160,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 160,000 won in total, which were kept in a cosmetic calculation unit, were stolen from around 23 times in total by destroying another’s building at night, in total, around 4,093,00 won.
2. From March 00 to April 00, 202, the Defendant, who attempted to larceny at night buildings, was going up to three floors according to emergency stairs in the G G from the beginning of the year 00 to the beginning of the year 4:00 following the above building, and opened an office entrance in order to steal property by intrusioning inside the “I Publicity Office” in the operation of the victim H. However, even though the above entrance was corrected, the Defendant attempted to steal property by intrusioning another’s building at night over three times in total, as shown in the annexed crime list 6 to 8, and attempted to steal property by destroying another’s building at night, but was attempted to do so.
On October 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around 22:00 to around 16:25, October 25, 2018, the Defendant: (b) opened and opened a toilet window inside the Tong-gu in the J of Hasan-si; and (c) stolen the cash amount of KRW 200,000 in cash owned by the victim L who had been in the Car Round-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
