A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
One set (No. 1) for seized Hunte bicycle, and one set (No. 4) after coloring for test.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Special larceny;
A. On July 6, 2018, at around 03:00 on July 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid down the back of the said laund and damaged the correction device; and (b) intruded inside the body and stolen the market price, which is the victim’s possession, with a laund on the first day on which the market price was kept.
B. On July 6, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant came to “H restaurant” operated by the victim G in F on the racing city, and then opened the said restaurant window by hand, and intruded inside the said window through the said window, and cut off with the victim’s cash 210,000 won and the market price, the victim’s market price, which was owned by the Defendant, located at the seat of the Kabter, was 11.

On July 15, 2018, at around 03:20 on July 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) removed the window of the above restaurant by hand; (b) intruded inside the above window; and (c) stolen the window of the above restaurant by holding the cash of KRW 70,000, and approximately KRW 30,000, which is the cash owned by the victim within the seat of the Kater credit cooperative, and the currency of the United States and China.
Accordingly, the defendant, at night, stolen the victims' property by destroying a part of the structure and impairing the structure.
2. On July 14, 2018, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the “N cafeteria” operated by the victim M of the instant restaurant; (b) invaded into the said restaurant through the window opened by the said restaurant; and (c) stolen the cash 100,000 won, the victim’s possession, and the victim’s ownership on the floor at the seat of the said restaurant, by bringing about a theft of the victim’s property by intrusion into the structure managed by the victim at night. Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by impairing the structure at night.
3. Attempted larceny of intrusion upon a structure at night;
