A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:53 on November 28, 2018, 2018, the Defendant: (b) prepared for the locks of the calculating unit installed in “D gas station” managed by the Victim C; (c) cut it into the lock, cut it; and (d) returned the key home of the corrected safe to the day, thereby bringing KRW 50,000 in total, including 10,000, 1,000 won, and 30,000 won in cash in the safe.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property by damaging the door, the wall, and a part of the structure at night, and by impairing the structure of the victim.

2. At night, at around 03:40 on November 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with cash of KRW 240,00,00, which had been in custody of a camera by opening a cafeteria which was not corrected in the “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F, at the city of Scam; (b) and (c) intrusion upon the interior, and stolen the property worth approximately KRW 557,00,000, in total, four times from around that time to December 2, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes, in total, at night, KRW 557,00,00, as indicated below.

On November 20, 2018, 1203:40 Sc. 0 on November 20, 2018, victims of the 103:40 Sc. on the date and time of the crime, the cash theft cash 2.40,000 won kept in the Kacter Treasury on November 26, 2018, 200 F. F. 2.42 on November 26, 2018, 100,000 won, such as cash (L card) kept in the KJ gift certificates (10,000 won) 3: 1:3:00,000 won of the Kacter’s cash 10,000 won, which was kept in the Kacter’s safe after intrusion into the Kacter’s treasury through the rear 103:30 Sc. 10,000 won, which was kept in the Kacter’s safe on December 27, 20198.
