A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 1, 2018, at around 02:00 on October 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window; (b) opened and entered into a toilet window; and (c) took cash 20,000 won owned by the victim in the safe; and (d) stolen the victim’s property by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.
2. On October 18, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny the victim’s property by breaking the toilet window, leaving the toilet door into the city of Gu, Si, Si, si, and printing the objects of theft, such as money, goods, etc., after having opened the toilet door, leaving the door, leaving the door, leaving the door, and destroying the part of the structure at night, and impairing the part of the structure at night, but attempted to steal the victim’s property. A. From October 26, 2018 to 03:20 on October 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered into a cafeteria operated by the victim L L in Gumi-si; (b) opened an unspeed main window; and (c) carried 100,000 won in cash, which is the cash owned by the victim in the safe and inside room; and (d) infringed on the structure managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim’s property.
B. The Defendant opened a toilet window at the “P” restaurant operated by the victim’sO located N at the time of the foregoing temporary closure, and entered into the toilet, and then has 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim within the safe, and part of the structure at night.
