A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in the original state branch of the Chuncheon District Court on May 9, 2018; (b) completed the execution of the sentence on August 1, 2018.

A theft Defendant: (a) around 05:00 on November 14, 2018, around 05:00, 110,000 won in cash, which was managed by the victim in the carcter, among the Doc where he had been engaged in work from the victim D, who was an employee, was stolen.

B. On December 19, 2018, at night, the Defendant: (a) 02:25 on December 19, 2018, went into the “F” restaurant located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) putting the toilet window in his/her hand and intrudes into the inner part; (c) putting the victim G, who was in the car transporter, putting him/her off one credit card; and (d) from around that time to December 31, 2018, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 1,045,000 in total on six occasions, as in the list of crimes, from around that time to December 02:0.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night more than six times in total, and stolen each victim's property.

2. On May 9, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in the original state support of the Chuncheon District Court on May 9, 2018, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on August 1, 2018.

On December 21, 2018, at around 03:24, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim H, opened the main window in Asan City I, and intruded inside the house, and stolen 290,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim and kept in the safe.

B. On December 29, 2018, around 03:55, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window at the “L” restaurant located in Asan-si; and (b) invaded inside the depository, and stolen KRW 100,000 in cash, which was owned by the victim and kept in custody in the depository.

C. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim M at around 03:39 on December 31, 2018, opened a toilet window and inside it.
