1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

Reasons

1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following part, and therefore, it is consistent with the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The phrase “from January 2, 2011 to December 31, 2012” in the sentence 9 and 10 of the first instance judgment shall be amended to read “from January 3, 2011 to December 30, 2012”.

Article 68 Paragraph 3, 5, and 7 of the Personnel Regulations shall be amended to "Article 68 Paragraph 1 Paragraph 3, 5, and 7 of the Personnel Regulations" at the second bottom of the judgment of the court of first instance.

Article 69 (1) 1 (e) of the Personnel Regulations shall be amended to "Article 69 (1) 1 (e) of the Personnel Regulations" at the bottom of two sides of the judgment of the court of first instance.
