Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2015, the Defendants were sentenced to one year of a suspended sentence of six months for fraud in the Incheon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 1, 2015.

[2015 Highest 1981] The Defendants, while living together for the first time in 2012, moved together with the game items in the online Liban 2 game by deceiving another unit in the online Liban 2 game, and moved the said item into the game money, and recovered the said game money in cash again to raise the cost of living by selling it.

On May 2, 2013, at around 23:02, the Defendants reported the title “I will sell available game money” to the victims, “I will purchase 10 billion won Libb2 Game money,” posted on the Internet item bank, which is an item brokerage site, at DPC room located on the second floor of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and made contact with the victims.”

However, the above game money has been illegally acquired by the defendants.
