A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the fraud against the victim C is acquitted.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2018, the Defendant reported and contacted that he would sell game items on the Internet DKaf page, and made a false statement to “to sell game items if he deposits money.”

However, in fact, the defendant thought that the defendant's game item was killed in money received from the victim, and there was no intention or ability to sell the game item to the victim.

The Defendant received KRW 100,000 on the same day from the victim and received KRW 770,000 in total from seven victims as shown in the attached crime list (1).

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

around May 5, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “A” game money will be sold at the Defendant’s home of F apartment G, which was connected to “H car page” on the Internet site, and that “A” game money will be sent first to the victim J. of the contact with the Defendant.

However, the defendant did not own the above game money around that time, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to transmit the game money.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 70,000 won from the victim’s corporate bank account (K) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and the same year from April 16, 2018.

5. Until December 27, 200, 657,500 won was remitted by deceiving the total of 8 victims in the same manner as the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 2.

around July 3, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter at the Defendant’s home of F apartment G heading of the F apartment G, connected to the Internet site’s “H car page,” and posted a letter to sell the “L” game money,” and then, to the victim M who reported and contacted, “on the first hand, the money is transferred.”
