Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 1480] The Defendants, while living together, moved to the game items after acquiring another unit in the online Liban 2 game at early 2012, who moved together, and then recovered the said item to change it into the game money, and to receive cash again and to raise the cost of living by selling it.

On March 15, 2012, at around 11:05, the Defendants reported the content of “I purchase from 300,000,000 won,” posted on the “E,” which is the game item brokerage site, at the DPC room located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2, and made a false statement to the Defendant A that “I will sell available game money to the victim.”

However, the above game money was illegally acquired by the defendants, so the victim could not use it normally even if purchased.

The Defendants had the victim deposit KRW 249,380 with the said “E” account, and received the said money from the said “E”.

Defendants conspired to receive KRW 3,626,380 in total on 14 occasions as shown in the attached list of crimes from March 4, 2014.

1. The Defendants, while living together, shareed with each other in the online 2012-on-line game in early 2012 and gathered to receive the said item in cash, and to raise the cost of living by selling.

On December 31, 2012, around 19:00 on December 31, 2012, the Defendants reported that “I will purchase the available defense items” to the victim’s “I will purchase the defense unit” by accessing the victim’s two game server from the DPC room located in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2nd floor.

However, the above item was illegally acquired by the defendants so it could not be used normally even if the victim purchased it.

The Defendants are victims.
