A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2016. 6. 30. 00:16경부터 00:27경까지 충남 아산시 B아파트 107동 앞길에서 남자친구가 문을 열어주지 않는다는 이유로 욕설을 하면서 소란을 피우던 중, 112신고를 받고 출동한 아산경찰서 C파출소 소속 순경 D, 아산경찰서 E파출소 소속 경장 F, 순경 G으로부터 귀가 요청을 받았음에도 이를 거부하고, 위 G에게 “이게 까불고 자빠졌네, 이게 대가리에 피도 안 마른 게, 야 씨발 내가 너한테 고분고분해야 할 이유가 있어, 어디서 눈깔을 빠락빠락 대들고 있어, 이런 씨발년이 죽을라고”라고 욕설을 하면서 위 G의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고, 이에 위 D, F, G에 의하여 공무집행방해 현행범인으로 체포당하자, 위 F에게 “내가 너보다도 나이가 많아, 씨발, 당장 놔, 안 놔, 씨발”이라고 욕설하면서 왼쪽 무릎을 발로 걷어차고, 위 G의 왼쪽 허벅지를 발로 걷어차고, 옆에 서 있던 위 D의 복부를 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.
