A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:50 on May 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) confirmed the fact that “D” entertainment bars located under the Da hotel located under the Da hotel located under the Busan Suwon-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, Busan-nam Police Station E zone, and the Defendant’s daily H, who was the Defendant, was assigned to a district in the process of hearing the details of the report, and explained the fact to H; and (b) tried to perform the act by explaining the fact to H; (c) “I are the gue even before, and all, the death; and (d) I want to kill the person who was a fine for drinking with the tax paid by him.” In both hands, the Defendant was scambling the shape of the said G, and then scambling the shape of the said F.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers to interfere with legitimate execution of duties concerning public peace and maintenance of order of police officers.

2. From around 00:15 to 01:00 on May 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender on the grounds stated in paragraph (1) and 4 police officers arrested as a flagrant offender on the ground of the foregoing district and Ha, the Defendant expressed, without any justifiable reason, the victim J, who is the circumstances belonging to the said district, that “I see, “I see, if I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I am, I am, I do not know that I am., I am., I am.”
