피고인을 피해자 순경 F이 붙잡자 피해자 F에게 “야이 씨발새끼야, 좆같은 새끼야 왜 못 가게 하냐, 경찰 좆나 무섭네, 니미 씨발 내가 뭘 잘못했냐, 지금이 오공시대냐, 내가 너희들 고소하겠다.”라고 말하고, 피해자들을 향하여 “대단한 파출소다 대한민국에 이런 파출소가 있다니 씨발놈들아 니들은 이조시대 파출소냐, 니들이 경찰이냐, 내가 사람을 죽였냐, 경찰이 썩었구먼 여긴 다 씨발놈들만 있네, 니들이 경찰이냐, B파출소 인간새끼들이 아니다, 나를 풀어주자마자 고소장 넣을 거야, 니들 옷 다 벗긴다. 니들은 경찰관하면 안 된다.”라고 큰소리로 말하는 등 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
