Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) around 23:00 on January 8, 2014, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of ambibured C after drinking alcohol at an irregular area located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), thereby diving in the atmosphere of the signal, around 04:00 the following day, after driving the motor vehicle of amburged C, at the end of 605 amburged.
