A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On February 7, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 200,000 in cash from the alleyway in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and approximately 1g of the hemp.

B. On February 21, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 180,000 won in cash from the alleyway in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and approximately 1g of the hemp.

C. On March 2, 2015, the Defendant purchased KRW 100,000 in cash from the alleyway in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and approximately 0.5g of the hemp.

On March 14, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 100,000 in cash from the alleyway in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul and approximately 0.5g of hemp.

The written indictment states that the defendant purchased approximately 0.5g of the hemps around March 2, 2015, “ around 18:00” but in light of the statement made by the defendant at the investigative agency, the date and time of the offense in the indictment appears to be the clerical error in the “ around 14, 2015”.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. At around 02:00 on February 8, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana in such a way as to make tobacco pipe as Aluminium finium 6th, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building No. 2, by inserting approximately 0.3g of hemp in the pipe, inserting it in the pipe, and inhale the smoke by attaching it with a roman’s fire.

B. At around 03:30 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) made a pipe of tobacco on Alumin Park, located on the second and sixth floor of the building Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, by inserting approximately 0.5g of the hemp in the pipe; and (b) smoked marijuana in such a manner as to inhale the smoke by inserting the pipe with a rash.

C. At around 22:00 on February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) made a pipe of tobacco on an Aluminy park located on the second and sixth floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E building 2, and smoked marijuana in a manner of inserting approximately 0.5g of the hemp in the pipe; and (b) in a manner of inhaleing the smoke by attaching a roman’s fire to it.

around 23:00 on March 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) made a pipe of tobacco on the Alumin Park located in the second and sixth floors of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building 2, and made it about 0.0% of the hemp.
