A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing the hemp plants;

A. On March 6, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 200,000 won in cash from the alleyway in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, and purchased approximately 1g of the hemp plant.

B. On March 7, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 200,000 in cash from the alleyway in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, and purchased approximately 1g of the hemp plant.

C. Around 01:00 on March 12, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 200,000 in cash from the alleyway in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, and purchased approximately 1g of the hemp plant.

around 23:00 on March 15, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 200,000 won in cash from the alleyway in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu C, and purchased approximately 1g of hemp.

2. Smoking of hemp plants:

A. At around 02:00 on March 6, 2015, the Defendant, a mother of the Defendant parked in the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan E Apartment 2 parking lot, deducted all tobacco smokes from the Plaintiff’s cigaretteing in the chologen car, which is the mother of the Defendant’s mother, and smokes the hemp by inserting approximately 0.5 g of the hemp plant into the hemp car, and attaching the tobacco in a rabro, thereby smoking the hemp as if he were to smoke.

B. On March 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30, supra, 2-A.

C. On March 7, 2015, the Defendant around 23:00 and around 2-A.
