A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Purchasing the hemp plants;
A. On October 31, 2014, around 16:30 on October 31, 2014, the Defendant purchased 1.50,000 won in cash from C’s alley path near the Gangnam-gu Station located in Samsungdong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and purchased approximately 1g of hemp.
B. At around 14:00 on March 24, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 200,000,000 in cash to E within the E-car, which was parked in front of the 126 Gangnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Gangnam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, 126 Gangwon-do apartment site.
C. At around 14:00 on May 29, 2015, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won in cash and approximately 2g of hemps in the E-car, which was parked at the rest area of 12-71 Seoul Square, 12-gil, 71, Seoul, as Seoul Square.
2. Around 12:00 on May 18, 2015, the Defendant received 0.5g of the hemp plant from E in front of the 126 Gangnam-dong, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-do, 126 Gangnam-do apartment site, and received approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant from E without compensation.
3. Smoking of hemp plants;
A. On October 31, 2014, around 17:00 on October 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the Defendant’s passenger car located in the vicinity C in the Gangnam-gu Office located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) put about about 0.5g of hemp in the same, put about about 0.5g of finite, and dice with F along with f, and dice.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with F to smoke the hemp plant.
B. On December 5, 2014, at around 16:00, the Defendant dices tobacco frighted in the alleyway near the magn Chang Park, put about about 0.5g of hemp in the G car, put it into the fright in the fright, added the fright of 0.5g within the fright, and dices the smoke with G by attaching the fright.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with G to smoke the hemp plant.
C. On March 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 14:20 on March 24, 2015, located in the Defendant’s passenger car that was parked in front of the 126 Gangnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu; and (b) in the passenger car of the Defendant.
