Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No passenger on board an airplane violating the Aviation Security Act shall do any act of causing harm to other persons, such as abusive language, loud singing, etc., drinking alcohol or taking drugs on the airplane in flight;

On January 7, 2015, the Defendant started the Incheon International Airport and boarded on January 8, 2015, at around 03:15, the Defendant was scheduled to arrive at the International Airport of the United States sandfranc, and on January 8, 2015.

On January 7, 2015, the Defendant, despite a prior warning of the captain, etc. on the aircraft in flight at around 21:00, she, while under the influence of alcohol, she is deemed to mean “at least where the hotel of Handphone number is given to all crew members,” and “at least where Handphone number is given to all crew members,” and “at least where Handphone number is given to all crew members,” and “at least where Handphone number is given to the United States, Handphone number is written, and an implied hotel is given to the victim following the victim.”

2. On January 7, 2015, the Defendant, at around 21:10, posted the victim D (the 25 years old), a crew member, who was passing a passage for other passengers on the aircraft, and then informed of why he/she was unable to carry a Handphone number.
