Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No passenger on board shall engage in any disturbing conduct, such as verbal abuse, loud singing, etc., to ensure the safe flight of an airplane and travel of passengers.

Around 17:30 on October 1, 2019, the Defendant entered the airport of Jeju, 200 Jeju, at the airport of Jeju, and expressed complaints against the request for the withdrawal of all mobile phones from before the victim C, who is a crew member, prior to the landing, and continued to commit an act of disturbance by verbal abuse, such as “I do not have any mental disorder”, and “I do not have any mental disorder.”
