A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of meat packaging business and meat processing business, and Defendant A is the representative director of Defendant B, who is a person who is engaged in meat packaging business ( July 29, 2009) and meat processing business ( April 16, 2012) with the trade name of Defendant B from the original market.

1. No livestock products, the expiration date marked on which has passed shall be sold, nor treated, processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported, or displayed for sale purposes;

Nevertheless, at around 17:40 on April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed one string of French freezing machine (18.00 kilograms, date of manufacture, February 08, 201; date of distribution; February 2013); (b) one string (19.520 kilograms, date of manufacture; February 20, 201; (c) one string, one string (17.280 kilograms; date of distribution; 17.280 kilograms; date of manufacturing; 17.280 kilograms; date of distribution; February 28, 2013; date of distribution; 16.8.20 kilograms; date of distribution; 16.8.20 kilograms; 201.38.208.16.201; 201.31.28.201.21.6.201.
