A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in meat packaging business and meat processing business under the trade name of “stock company E” in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoul.

Any meat packaging business operator or meat processing business operator who violates the standards for labeling of livestock products shall place a label meeting the standards for the name of the livestock products, the type of processed livestock products, the name of a place of business, the name of a place of business, the date and place of business, the date of manufacture, the distribution period, the quantity of raw materials, the names of raw materials and contents, nutritional elements, etc. of livestock products, and shall not sell any livestock products, or process,

Nevertheless, at around 17:30 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant stored 1,418 gg of livestock products, which were permitted as meat processing business in the said business (referred to as the “stock company E”: the name of the product, the type of processed livestock products, the name of the business place, the location of the manufacturing site, the date of manufacturing, the period of distribution, the content of raw materials, the names of raw materials and content, nutrition ingredients, etc., for the purpose of selling the 1,418 g of livestock products, which are permitted as meat processing business in the said business (referred to as the “catch”: 359 gg of the plastic machine, the discarded bank, 380 g of the scrapped machine, the freezing room: 90 g of the swine machine, the swine machine: 90 g of the swine machine) and the freezing (510 gggg of the swine machine, etc.).

(b) No person shall sell, or treat, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display for sale livestock products, the expiration date marked on the relevant livestock products, the distribution date of which has expired;

Nevertheless, at around 17:30 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant stored the said “Stock Company E” in a cooling room (281.7kg) and meat packaging business, respectively, for the purpose of selling the amount equivalent to 336.7kg of the swine machine, which is a livestock product with the due date, in the said business.

(c)for freezing products, meat storage, packaging or meat processing business operators;
