Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells livestock products under the trade name of "C" in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B.

Although livestock products, the expiration date indicated on the relevant livestock products are not sold, processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported, or displayed for sale, the Defendant stored 12 marith, 14 marith, 26 marith, 26 marith (No. 22-25) in a freezing warehouse in the relevant place of business, on February 21, 2013, when the expiration date (the date of manufacture: December 7, 201; the expiration date: December 16, 201) of the distribution at the above place was ten days after the expiration of 10 days.
