【Status of Defendant D】 The purpose of Defendant D is to carry out livestock processing and sales business with its head office in Jung-gu Seoul Central Government, and Defendant A is the head of the business of Defendant D, Defendant B’s business agent of the above corporation, Defendant D’s business agent of the above corporation, and Defendant C’s work in the above corporation.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Joint offenses committed by Defendant A, B, and C;

(a) Any person who intends to operate meat packaging business shall obtain permission for a market for each workplace;

Nevertheless, around May 24, 2013, the Defendants conspireded to leave the site of "K Food, operated by J in Chungcheongnam-si I, without obtaining permission for meat packaging business, and 1,800cc away from the previously packed vinyl, and added labels indicating the date of manufacture and the due date of distribution.

(b) No meat sales business operator shall store or sell frozen meat in freezing form.

In addition, no one shall make false labelling, advertise or package in an exaggerated manner with respect to the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, quality of livestock products and their packaging.

Nevertheless, on May 24, 2013, the Defendants conspiredd to freezing the air conditioning meat produced at around October 20, 2012, and sold to L.A. 1,100 g of the previous date of manufacture, i.e., “10 g from the date of manufacture” and “seven days from the date of manufacture”. The Defendants removed labelling on May 23, 2013; the date of the manufacture; and the date of the sale, i.e., attaching labelling on the air conditioning meat, which is “seven days from the date of manufacture”.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to operate freezing meat to sell it with freezing meat, and made a false indication on the date of manufacture, the period of distribution and the method of storage.
