Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on May 27, 2013. 【Criminal Facts】
1. On August 14, 2013, around 14:30 on August 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a parent behavior at the counseling center operated by the victim D in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, and (b) stolen cash of KRW 35,00,00, which is the victim’s possession of the victim, due to the gaps in which the victim gets a school by entering the counseling center; (c) one for the national bank, the new bank, the Samsung Card, the Samsung Card, the National Bank, and the Korean Bank C C C, one for each 1,100,000, a market price of KRW 200,000, which includes two for the New World Product Rights.

4. At around 18:00 on November 28, 2013, the Defendant entered the “N Teaching Institute” operated by Seo-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu L Victim M, Incheon, and consulted with his parents, and the victim took part in the counseling, and then the victim took part in the creb in a practice room in order to make his/her school students learn, he/she shall have approximately KRW 300,000, KRW 2000, KRW 200, KRW 500, and KRW 220,000, market value, which includes one gift certificate, one gift certificate, and one resident registration certificate.
