A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least 10 months in the Incheon District Court due to night building intrusion, theft, etc. and on September 24, 2009 at the same court, and on October 27, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court and completed the execution of the last sentence in the Southern Prison on August 12, 201.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

On October 30, 201, at around 14:55, the Defendant discovered that the victim L(33 years of age, female) booms a room in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu 290-3, which was located in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and that the victim's attention was neglected, and stolen one of them with a single room containing the amount equivalent to 16,000 won in cash owned by the victim and five credit cards, such as Samsung Card.
