A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court in one year and six months, three years of probation, and community service order on the 31st of the same month, which became final and conclusive on March 20, 2013, and the suspended sentence was revoked and is still being executed.

[2013 Highest 1748] On January 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim E, who used the game, has laid the wall in the PC room 37th floor in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) discovered that the victim E, who used the game, has laid the wall in the kids by the kids; and (c) went out of the kids of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant stolen an unclaimed wall in the market price owned by the victim, which includes a cash of KRW 15,000, physical card, resident registration certificate, etc.

1. Larceny;

A. On February 13, 2013, at GPC located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on February 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant’s bags owned by the victim H, a part-time worker, using the rest of toilets among the toilets, with cash amounting to KRW 38,000, and KRW 80,000, market price of KRW 10,000.

B. On February 15, 2013, around 13:30 on February 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the JPC located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) at the victim K laid off the wall on the 31st seat; and (c) used a gap in cash of KRW 2,00 in a toilet; and (d) used a cresh in the toilet, the victim’s market price of KRW 850,000,000, which is owned by the victim.

C. At around 12:50 on February 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 30,000 won in cash, which was placed on the top of the line of the air transportter, using the gaps of surveillance negligence; (b) 30,000 won in cash; (c) one national bank body cream card; (d) one resident registration certificate; (e) two resident registration certificates; and (e) two vehicle keys; and (e) cut off the bar screen in an amount of KRW 570,00 in the market value, which is owned by the victim.
