A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the conditions that the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to mental diseases:

The Defendant: (a) entered the victim I’s office located at one time and at one place; and (b) took advantage of the gap in which the victim was locked; (c) took advantage of the gap in which the victim was locked; (d) one gift certificate and USD 150,000 (one KRW 200,000), one gift certificate and KRW 150 (one KRW 200,000), which are owned by the victim, were stolen.
