A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The defendant shall obtain money from C who is an applicant for compensation 891,00 won and shall obtain money from D. 315.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2012, the Defendant posted a notice on the Internet portal site "I ambling or diaper at a price much than the market price for young children" on the Internet portal site "I ambling or diaper at a price much less than the market price," and then received 2,120,000 won from the Defendant's new bank account (AO) with the Defendant's price for young milk and diaper return for young children from the time on November 05, 2012, as shown in the attached list of crimes committed by the Defendant from the time to November 05, 2012, the Defendant acquired total of KRW 173,589,600 from the victim's new bank account (AO) as shown in the annexed list of crimes.
