On November 6, 2008, A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court on June 30, 2009 and was released on June 30, 2009, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on August 7, 2009.

1. Around June 2010, Defendant A, who was in the vicinity of Daejeon, committed as if he were the president of the F Venture Association, a corporate president, within the passenger car that had been in the vicinity of Daejeon, and the victim G falsely stated that “I would know well the president of the H Co., Ltd., a non-permanent owner company, and will purchase the shares of H Co., Ltd. at a price lower than the market value.”

However, the Defendant did not leave the E University, was not the vice-chairperson of the Venture Association, and did not know of the president of the HA and did not have any specific information about the HA and did not have any intent or ability to cancel the shares of HA at a price lower than the market value.
